However, it seems impossible to get a live person to talk to, or to set appointments through your Setmore systems with the OCAS. I realized, you even control the reviews that are not in accord with your "System". You're getting monitory help to render these services and it seems you're doing the bare minimum. I'm so frustrated at point that will expose you to the local new if I have to. For more than 2 months I've been trying to get an appointment, but never any SLOTS available. You can go ahead and delete this, the same way you deleted my previous review. At least now you know what I'm considering. Believe me the media is always ready for a new story. It is impossible to book an appointment or send an email to contact anyone with this system. I have been trying for months now to book, and there are never any SLOTS AVAILABLE. It is impossible to get in contact with any one either because the system doesn't let you send any emails, and the phone number is only to confirm appointments. You basically CAN NOT talk to anyone. A lot of people don't see the sign up sheet before they enter so they wait in line to sign in then to be told about the sign in sheet. I think a bigger sign would help.
